SSIXX Presents Everleigh-After

An Australian first, SSIXX is an intimate, multi-sensory dining experience inside a digital cube. The first iteration, SSIXX presents Everleigh-After, was held at Federation Square, Melbourne in February 2021, and featured signature cocktails by the Everleigh, and a four-course degustation menu by renowned chef, Peter Gunn of IDES.

Silent Republic worked closely with SSIXX and local musician Puscha (Jacob Richards), to produce content for the 75 minute show, designed to represent the textures found in the Everleigh bar, and the menu devised by Peter Gunn. Imagery portraying Ice, Wood, Leather and Marble was displayed on the four 9x3m screens inside the cube.
